I went in with 7 separate orders. I was greeted pleasantly when I walked in. The cashier was so kind and patient as I ordered. The manager lady on duty was amazing. She labeled each bag with the correct order, gave me a bag of condiments straws and even helped carry the orders out to my van. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service. My work will continue to purchase and support this McDonald's.
Honestly, I've never been to a better McDonald's. The food is always hot and ready by the time I pull up to the second window, they greet me friendly, already having my order in hand ready to hand it out and tell me to have a great day. I go here often in the mornings for breakfast. I can show up at 10:28am with a long line and they'll still be able to take my breakfast order. I never doubt this location. I've gotta give this McDonald's some great recognition! They were fast, friendly and even got my order right! I ordered the pancakes because I was thinking about my dad. He is honestly the most amazing man I have ever met... and he loved McDonald's pancakes. I haven't ordered them for myself since he took me as a tiny child. I also ordered my man a sausage mcMuffin. All through the convenient app! As I pulled into the spot designated for pick up, I only waited a minute before a woman brought out our order. She had a friendly smile. Since I had forgotten to add on a couple packets of their picante sauce, I mentioned it, but because she was so busy she suggested I just go through the drive through. Thankfully, the line was not long. I got our salsa and headed back to our room. Our food was still nice and hot and delicious. The pancakes brought me good memories of my late dad. He enjoyed them so much because McDonald's pancakes have a unique flavor that you can only get at McDonald's. Good memories and food that hit the spot... today, McDonald's nailed it..
